Serious Injury Car Accident Investigation
The incident remains under investigation. At the conclusion of the investigation, a police report will be issued detailing the crash.
Each year, roughly 37,000 people die – and another 2.3 million people are injured – in motor vehicle crashes in this country. Many of these accidents are senselessly caused by reckless driving, which includes road rage, tailgating, drunken driving, distracted driving, speeding, and erratic lane changes.
Although liability appears to be clear in this case, an investigation will be conducted by authorities in the discovery of all the facts. A forensic examination of the vehicle – as well as photos from the scene – will help investigators determine what happened, whether comparative liability is assigned, or whether a third party is responsible for a malfunction or mechanical error.
